Community Based Rehabilitation for the disabled is the dream of this organisation. This organisation has developed trained personnel and other infrastructure, but due to non availability of requisite fund the programme can not be implemented even in a modest way . But this can be started in the near future if sufficient funds are available, as there is a great demand from the local people in the rural areas covered by this organisation.

We are going to start another rehabilitation scheme viz Shelter for workshop. The concept of the programme is to rehabilitate the successful trainees of Vocational training for the disabled scheme by way of making effective and meaningful income generating project after completion of training successfully. Materials and marketing facilities will be given by the organisation to the disabled to some extent for their upliftment.
There are also schemes of rehabilitation for the disabled, other backward and financially weaker persons in a small scale subject to availability of fund. During last ten years ETRD has already rehabilitated 50 numbers of outstanding disabled persons and helped number of disabled persons to work and earn on their own after imparting meaningful and pratical training as per our capacity.
