Our Activities: D) Other Welfare Activities

Apart from the activities like Education, Training and Rehabilitation for the disabled and other backward classes of community ETRD has taken up other welfare activities as a part of the community development on demand from the local people such as :-
1. Pulse Polio camp at Mathurapur Block -I, South 24 Parganas, West Bengal under the guidance of Baruipur Polly Unnayan Samithy. 2. Running a crèche for 0-5 years children at Mathurapur, South 24 Parganas, West Bengal. 3. Organising charitable dispensary in the area of Mograhat Block-I as well as Mathurapur Block-I, South 24 Parganas, West Bengal with the help of benevolent donors and well wisher
		Charitable Dispensary for the Disabled and poor distressed people by ETR for the Disabled.
	4. Organising disabled sports in a large scale at rural centers of the organisation. 5. Organising awareness generation camp for Aids Prevention and Control throughout the district of South 24 Parganas.

6. Organizing awareness generation for the rights of the disabled. 7. Observing World Disabled Day in every year by the different activities such as Rally on the road with the disabled person, Exhibition of different products made by the disabled and cultural function with the spontaneous participation of disabled and distressed persons.
