Our Activities: A) Education
| Education is a part and parcel of training the disabled. We are running an educational unit together with vocational training center for the disabled at Mograhat block - I and also at Mathurapur Block-I and one urban center at Kolkata for imparting education to the disabled towards fulfillment of our first commitments. | |
| We are also running 50 Non Formal Education centers for drop out children and out of school children, both handicapped and non handicapped, belonging to age group between 9-14 year at Mograhat Block - I. The Govt. of West Bengal has sanctioned the scheme. Each center contains 25 drop out and out of school children. | |

| We are also running a condensed educational center for adult and distressed women at Mathurapur Block - I. 50 adult women are getting educational benefit from this center. | |

We have also a plan to open 20 EGS Centers (Educational Guarantee Schemes) at Mathurapur Block - I under Sharba Shiksha Abhijan to be sanctioned by the Ministry of Human Resource development, government. of India, for poor and distressed children speacially eradication of child labour at remotest villages of Mathurapur Block-I, South 24 Parganas,West Bengal ,which is a demand of the village people. This scheme is subject to availability of fund from the government of India
